Skunk odor removal

I dont know how many times I have listened to a client tell me about the family dog getting a face full from a skunk. The client then open the door and the terrified dog goes to town rubbing the stuff all over the couch and rug! A bottle of peroxide and a squirt of DAWN dishwashing liquid will remove the smell. Just mix it up in a bucket and use it like shampoo. a second application may be needed with a good rinse in between.
